Michael realised there was a need to develop a structured reporting system for the hotel industry beyond the standard one-dimensional options that were available. Hotels were drowning in data with no simple way to get to the key information to effectively run their business in the new dynamic environment they found themselves in.

Michael’s skillset has allowed him to translate the hotels business requirements into a game-changing product that enables hotels to manage, grow and drive their business.
